Coffee Talk is a regular event of the Bulgarian Coffee Association, which meets you with interesting people from the coffee industry. We will hear their stories, practices they have acquired over the years and many other interesting and useful things from the world of our favourite drink.
Our first guest is Jonathan Anachkov from Bug Coffee, who will tell us about his journey at Zona Cafetera in Colombia. You will learn how to plan such a trip, what kind of organisation you need, how much it costs and most importantly - what is the experience sample coffee from different coffee farms and how the coffee gets from the branch to the cup before your eyes.
